In this regard, we develop online interactive tools with main concentration on analysis, design, computation and simulation of the motion for satellites and space systems. This ongoing project focuses on the development of methods, software and novel mathematical models for web-based satellite simulation and visualization interfaces.
Our main goal in space sector is towards the developments of the simulation methods and tools, used for real-world mission support, space engineering studies, education, and public engagement. Since the vast majority of the key elements in simulating a space vehicle are associated with design, optimization and 3D visualization, the fundamental aim is to develop a practical software in this regard with significant features. Having a user-friendly environment and modularity in software development are the main goals in this project.

We believe that the rapid increase in the affordability of satellite data acquisition, storage and processing infrastructure and advances in intelligent techniques to learn from data offer means to significantly improve maritime safety and security while reducing costs. In this regard, we develop intelligent algorithms and applications to take advantage of the Automatic Identification System (AIS) data for improving the bunkering operations at the ports.
Satellite AIS enables its data to be used in developing efficient tools to help fulfil customer expectations and reduce delay costs in maritime operations. Our concentration is toward variety of techniques to optimize the workflow of the ports, minimizing delays and the waiting times, estimating the time of arrival of the vessels, and suggesting optimal time of arrival for the vessels.

The efficiency of the port operations in providing fuel to the vessels is a significant matter in the maritime industry, and it has a direct connection with the scheduling program of the bunkers. Increasing the efficiency of the bunkering operations requires a recommendation system for the optimal time of arrival of the vessels.

Taking advantage of the satellite AIS data, we are dedicated to the development of optimization frameworks for bunkering operations at the ports. We develop adaptive and high-performance machine learning algorithms to predict, optimize, and estimate key parameters in the bunkering optimization problem.
Following the developed bunkering optimization framework based on satellite AIS data, many important parameters can be identified and\or optimized. These parameters include earliest possible time of arrival of the vessels, weather prediction, estimated bunkering duration, availability of the anchorage areas for the bunkering operation, and estimated time of departure of the vessels after the bunkering operation.
